Betty

Betty, five-year-old black Percheron, quarter horse cross mare. Standing 16HH and built to last. She has been used all over the ranch doctoring cattle, dragging calves, roping bulls, and checking pens. I have even done a little bit of team roping on her. For a horse her size she can get out and cover ground. she is good to catch load tie trim and shoe. I started her the spring of her 3 year old year and since then she has been one of my main using horses. From day one she has never been a bronc and has always been willing to learn and puts her heart into everything she does. She is soft in the mouth, neck reins, side passes, spins, stops, backs up, works a rope, and collects nicely. She would make a great mountain horse or continue ranching on her.
