To say we are proud is an understatement! Sam is one of the nicest horses we’ve ever had the chance to offer for sale. From carrying the legendary Wayne Vold to middle of the arena never moving a muscle while singing our national anthem, to roping bulls under a spot light and being literally bomb proof, heading steers in any set up, to babysitting our kids…Sam lives up to his resume in every way. A 7 year old, 15.2, 1300 lbs, papered gelding, that has plenty of look and shape. Great feet and conformation from bottom to top. We have had him since he was weaned and he has seen all aspects of ranch work and takes everything you throw at him. We’ve used him as a pickup horse at many events including the Canadian finals as a 4 year old! Sam is a horse that absolutely anyone can ride. He is happy to baby sit but he’s the go to when you have a dirty tough or scary job to do. Very broke, moves nice off your legs and has a nice walk, trot, lope on a loose rein. Sam is a really nice horse to head on, scores good and is jackpot ready. I feel Sam will work for ropers at any level.
