Bert – (6) year old palomino heel horse.

Bert is a quiet gelding who stands approximately 15 hands, is correct, and is friendly to be around. This Palomino gelding has been part of our fall/winter team roping program and has roped in numerous indoor/outdoor arenas and went to some winter jackpots. Likes to use himself and can make many runs, hard worker by nature, and has been ranched on. Bert has been driven single and double, which provided a great start to his team roping training and taught him to use himself and take ahold of cattle ahead of most colts. Good in the team roping box, scores sharp, leaves flat, and stays in his lane, for sure is a solid started heel horse that is ready for this summer’s roping season. Bert has seen enough and is kind by nature to make a family horse. Good with his feet, ties well, and trailers well. We sure appreciate how Bert works in the arena and outside of the arena, a great all-around young gelding. Bert is being sold as a grade gelding, but out of registered quarter horse parents, pictures of parents’ papers are available please text/call if you would like to review them.
