Flicka

Flicka – is a 10 year old mini mare. She stands at 9 hands and is used for ridding. Flicka will be the perfect lead line pony for the little cowpokes in your life. She is calm and sweet, prepare for all the noise and silliness that kids bring to barn.

She has been to Fall Fair nothing fazes her. She patiently lets all the kids climb on her and clammer around her. On the trail she keeps up and doesn’t mind going out on her own to explore the side trails. Our kids have used her lots moving our sheep around the property and sorting them in the yard. You can fly a flag or sing at the top of your lungs and she takes it all in stride.

She leads and loads like a pro. Comfortable around quads and tractors. Never foundered and is UTD with feet and worming. She is an easy keeper.

Flicka will be a wonderful “introduction-to-ridding pony” wile the kids are small. But they will be able to graduate to ridding independently as they grow in their horsemanship abilities.
