Description
Quiver is a coming 5 year old grade mare. She has been used project horse in the Equine Science Program at Lakeland College, she has been roping and tracking the heel-o-matic, tracking live cattle, rode through reining patterns for class exams. She has worked at a feedlot for a month prior to attending college, as well as had a spectrum of riders from unexperienced to experienced. She is not feet shy, has had multiple sets of shoes on and has trims often, she gives to pressure of ropes around her feet (can be lead by all 4 feet with a rope). Her teeth were floated in august 2024, as well as up to date on vaccines and a negative coggins test done in August 2024. She has been hauled for tons of hours, loads on her own and stands tied well beside a trailer. As a bonus you can stand on her back and swing a rope, sit in off regular positions, and can be rode with or without spurs. She gets along well with new pen mates, and is very eager to learn. She is ready to work in whatever direction you may take her.
