Reggie

“Reggie” is a 4-year-old draft crossed gelding standing 16 hh. We purchased “Reggie” as a weanling and lightly started him late in his 2-year-old year. Last year, “Reggie” went on a few mountain trips. The biggest one being a week long camp out at The Rails at Cut Off Creek with the teams and wagons. We have really enjoyed him on the trails as he walks out great with the same pace all day, leads, brings up the rear or ties behind a wagon. He crossed rivers and bogs without hesitation, highlines, and hobbles. He was also used for pasture checks, cattle drives, and the fall roundups. “Reggie” has started to get more arena time this past fall and will continue to do so till sale day. Recently, we have started harnessing and ground driving “Reggie” and plan to get him hitched to the sleigh soon. He has also tracked the heelomatic and been in the ranch roping pen. “Reggie” is a neat gelding that would be a great addition to your mountain or ranch lineup.
