Shaggy

Shaggy is a 6 year old grade gelding. He’s quiet and laid back with tons of bone and athleticism. Shaggy has done everything we’ve asked of him over the last few years with total ease from roping the dummy, ponying colts, roping cows in the pasture, and all sorts of ranch and arena work. He shows some very promising prospect material roping the dummy on the head side. He’s strong , good minded and super easy to be around. He’s safe for all level of riders and has never made a poor decision with any sort of rider on his back. Shaggy has been great for the farrier and around kids, dogs and other livestock. He’s easy to load and haul, easy to catch and behaves well being stalled in new places. Shaggy has been used mostly as a helper and ranch horse in our facilities but would make a great head horse with some more time, his athleticism leaves plenty of doors open for him to even be a great prospect for barrels and poles making him a great high school rodeo horse for someone that has the time to teach him! We are selling shaggy up to date on farrier, teeth and vaccines.
